Upcoming Salsa Events
Salsa Openair at Micas Garten
During the Spring and Summer seasons, Gael from Smooth.Salsa, Paulochanga, and Micas Garten organize a FREE outdoor salsa event in Zurich on selected Sundays.
For maximum comfort for salseros and lÃneas, they have invested in a real dance floor.
Since the event is weather-dependent, final confirmation is given 24 hours before it starts. Follow us on Instagram or join the WhatsApp notification group to ensure you receive this notification.
If you have never danced salsa before, you can attend our beginner’s crash course from 4:00 PM to 5:00 PM, where you’ll learn the basic steps and get ready for the party!
The dance party starts at 5:00 PM, featuring Gael and guest DJs playing fantastic salsa music until 9:00 PM. Everyone who loves salsa is warmly welcome! The next and final event for 2026 is scheduled for July 19th.
Who can attend? Everyone, regardless of experience level.
This event is perfect for newcomers wanting to learn salsa steps as well as for enthusiasts who enjoy social dancing in a lively outdoor atmosphere.

Sal’Soul is for Every Salsa Lover!
Sal’Soul is a Salsa all-styles party that we organize five times a year on a Saturday night. Our resident DJ Smooth plays alongside nationally and internationally renowned guest DJs, bringing you the best Cuban and Puerto Rican beats.
We take pride in reviving the original salsa soul where On1, On2, and Cubana dancers share the same dance floor and enjoy themselves.
Pre-Party Workshop from 8:30 PM to 9:30 PM for beginner levels in On1.
Then, the social party runs from 9:30 PM to 2:00 AM.
Sal’Soul is already preparing for what’s next:
October 17th: Special Vinyl Session with MimoMusic (Zurich) and DJ Manuritmo (Munich).
December 5th: DJ Smooth and a guest DJ.
The venue, DanceSquare22, is conveniently located directly at Zurich Altstetten train station and near the highway exit with good parking availability.

Mambo Afternoon Social on Sundays
Dancing Salsa on relaxed Sunday afternoons! We treat you to amazing old-school Mambo and Cha Cha Cha.
It’s a very friendly atmosphere, and family with kids are welcome.
Entry: 10 CHF
The social party runs from 02:00 PM to 06:00 PM.
The venue is Club Silbando, located in the center of Zurich city: Förrlibuckstrasse 62, 8005 Zürich, Switzerland.
The next date is September 27th.
